Digital Leadership and Research Innovation Consultancy Framework

Jisc is establishing an open framework to source consultancy services for UK non-profit organisations in tertiary education, charities, and research funding bodies. The framework covers two specialisms: (1) Digital Leadership and Transformation - supporting digital and organisational change across learning, teaching, student experience, research, and infrastructure, including strategy development, systems review, and capability building; and (2) Research & Innovation - addressing digital research infrastructure, research management strategy, and scholarly communications in higher education and publicly funded research. Consultancy services operate at both strategic and operational levels, helping organisations develop sustainable change through addressing culture, digital leadership, capability, and wellbeing. Suppliers must meet general requirements plus at least one specialism, and pass interview. Future procurement will follow the Procurement Act 2023 and be advertised via Jisc's e-procurement portal at https://uk.eu-supply.com/login.asp?B=JISC. A briefing session is planned for early September prior to the Invitation to Tender publication.
