NHS Shared Business Services is establishing a new Framework Agreement for Public Sector Construction Works to support NHS, Social Care, and other approved public and private sector organisations. FRAMEWORK STRUCTURE: The framework is divided into three lots based on project value: - Lot 1: Minor Works (£0-£5m) - Regional scope - Lot 2: Intermediate Works (£5-£15m) - Regional scope - Lot 3: Major Works (£15m+) - National scope WHO CAN BID: Construction organisations interested in providing services to NHS and approved public sector organisations can participate. EVALUATION FOCUS: Significant weighting will be given to Sustainability and Social Value commitments.
