NHS Security Services and Surveillance Solutions Framework

NHS Shared Business Services Limited (NHS SBS) is establishing a 3rd generation Framework Agreement to provide comprehensive security services and surveillance solutions to NHS organisations and approved public sector bodies. The framework comprises seven specialised lots: (1) Healthcare Guarding Services - professional security personnel for NHS and healthcare facilities; (2) Public Sector Guarding Services and Events Management - flexible security and crowd management for public organisations; (3) Surveillance, Security Equipment, and Alarms - CCTV systems, intrusion alarms, and related technologies; (4) Access Control - door entry systems and electronic access solutions; (5) Lone Working and Staff Call Solutions - personal safety devices and monitoring services; (6) Security Products - equipment for in-house security operations; and (7) Consultancy Services and Security Design - strategic advice, risk assessments, and system design. Suppliers can tender for one or multiple lots depending on their capabilities. This framework will enable approved organisations to access vetted, compliant security providers across a range of services and solutions.
