Specialist supported living for an adult with complex learning and mental health needs

Telford & Wrekin Council is seeking a provider to deliver specialist supported living services for one adult with complex needs including learning disability, autism, and mental health conditions (anxiety and psychosis). The service must support the individual's discharge from hospital and provide a stable, therapeutic community-based environment to prevent readmission. This is a contract award opportunity using the Provider Selection Regime Most Suitable Provider (MSP) process.
