Spot Contract for Residential and Nursing Care Services for Older People

This is a spot contract opportunity for the provision of residential and nursing care services for older people. The Borough of Telford & Wrekin seeks placements in care homes to support individuals requiring full-time residential care. Services include personal care, meal preparation, medication management, laundry, and support with all daily living activities. Each resident receives sole or shared accommodation with en-suite or shared bathroom facilities, access to communal areas including dining rooms, lounges, and gardens, appropriate heating and lighting, and individualized meal and drink provision. Location is a key consideration and will prioritize the placement preferences of the individual being supported. This is a continuous, rolling contract that remains active as long as individual placements are in place. Each placement is governed by an Individual Service Agreement, and the overall contract terminates when all placements end. Providers should have experience delivering high-quality care to older adults in a residential setting.
