Supported Housing Services for Independent Living (LIFE)

This is an opportunity to provide supported housing services that help individuals live independently in their own homes. The service provides short-term accommodation and support (typically 1-2 years) for people with diverse needs including mental health conditions, substance use issues, homelessness, autism, mild learning disabilities, and other complex needs. The goal is to help service users develop practical skills, maintain tenancies, build resilience, and progress toward independent living whilst reducing demand on hospitals and statutory services. The service builds on established Supporting People Programme principles and will operate across the entire Authority area, offering consistent, high-quality, holistic, recovery-focused support. Preliminary market engagement has been completed. This is a multi-lot tender opportunity based on Year 1 tendered costs with anticipated year-on-year growth and potential inflationary adjustments at the Authority's discretion.
