    Brief

    Derby City Council is seeking a qualified consultant to conduct Heritage Impact Assessments (HIA) on selected site allocations in their emerging Local Plan. This contract will evaluate the heritage implications of proposed development sites. The work is governed by the Procurement Act 2023 and Procurement Regulations 2024. The contract runs from 17 June 2026 to 26 August 2026.
