Professional Services for New British Embassy Project in Beijing

The Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) is conducting preliminary market engagement to identify professional services providers interested in delivering a new British Embassy complex in Beijing, including an ambassador's residence and staff accommodation. This is an early-stage consultation to understand market capability and inform the FCDO's delivery strategy and procurement approach. The FCDO is seeking expressions of interest from providers with expertise in the following areas: Project Management Office services (governance, assurance, planning, risk management, budgeting, document management, and reporting); NEC4 PSC Service Manager for design contracts; NEC4 ECC Project Manager for main works contracts; Quantity Surveying and Cost Management; and Health and Safety advice and audit. Ideal candidates will have experience operating in China or similar overseas environments and the ability to provide personnel capable of obtaining required security clearances. Some services may be delivered from the UK, though permanent on-site presence may be required for certain roles. Please note: this is preliminary market engagement only.
