Microsoft Azure Cloud Services and Managed Support

FSCS is seeking a Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) partner to deliver Microsoft Azure subscription services combined with proactive managed services and 24/7 cloud operations support. The partner will operate in a co-managed model alongside FSCS's internal team to manage Azure subscriptions, provide around-the-clock operational support, implement platform governance, monitor infrastructure, deliver FinOps optimization, ensure security and resilience, provide technical advisory services, and drive continuous improvement. The successful vendor will be responsible for supporting FSCS's critical business systems hosted in Microsoft Azure, collaborating with FSCS, Microsoft, and other technology partners to maintain a secure, cost-effective, reliable, and high-performing cloud environment.
