Clean Energy Regional Skills Coordinator

Enterprise Cheshire and Warrington (ECW) is seeking an individual consultant or small consulting team to implement the Clean Energy Skills Regional Action Plan (CESRAP) through March 31st, 2027. The CESRAP identifies critical skills gaps in the clean energy sector across the North West region and recommends targeted interventions to prepare the local workforce for rapid job growth by 2030. You will coordinate with the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ), the North West Net Zero Hub, neighbouring regions, local employers, training providers, and policymakers to deliver a practical, collaborative action plan. The role requires designating 1-2 dedicated individuals as Regional Leads working an agreed number of days per week. This is a funded opportunity supporting the Government's Clean Energy Jobs Plan and enabling local communities and businesses to benefit from the clean energy transition.
