Hard and Soft Landscaping Maintenance Services at University of Limerick

The University of Limerick's Building and Estates Department seeks an external contractor to provide comprehensive grounds maintenance and landscaping services across the 371-acre campus. The contractor will be responsible for the installation, reinstatement, and repair of landscape hard works, including paving, kerbing, fencing, bollards, seating, bicycle racks, and signage. Additional responsibilities include traffic management, emergency action plan implementation, excavation work in all ground conditions, trench work for services, exposure and repair of underground utilities (foul and surface water sewers, water mains, electrical ducting, and telecommunications cables), and construction of access chambers and reinforced structures. The contractor must source and supply all required materials, coordinate with external specialists as needed, and assist the University's grounds maintenance team with soft landscaping tasks such as top soiling, grading, and related works. This is a request for tender (RFT) for ongoing facilities and grounds services management.
