London Net Zero Delivery Models: Borough Mapping and Knowledge Sharing

This project supports London boroughs in advancing net zero delivery by facilitating knowledge-sharing across boroughs and evaluating delivery models. The initiative enables boroughs to assess their current approaches, learn from relevant models within and outside London, and contribute to a shared pan-London perspective on priorities, challenges, risks, and opportunities. The project will establish collaborative frameworks that inform where London Councils, the Greater London Authority, and partners can best direct support. The final deliverable will include a comprehensive set of recommendations to de-risk, replicate, and scale the most effective and promising net zero delivery models across London.
