Boiler Replacement at Barnet Army Reserve Centre

This is an invitation-only procurement below the standard threshold. The project involves replacing the central heating boiler plant and equipment at the Barnet Army Reserve Centre (118 Close Support Company and 240 Transport Squadron) located at St Albans Road, Barnet EN5 4JX. Project Scope: The 1937-built drill hall requires replacement of three Ideal Commercial Concord CXA 120 gas-fired boilers, two hot water storage calorifiers, associated pumps, expansion vessels, and controls. The existing system supplies domestic hot water and heating to all facilities via a basement plantroom. New boilers and replacement pumps will be installed in the same location, with flues discharged through the existing roof-level chimney. Eligibility: Due to urgent delivery timelines, only suppliers already on-boarded to both the Central Digital Platform and Symphony finance system are invited to bid. Invited suppliers will be asked to attend a mandatory site open day. Only submissions from invited suppliers will be evaluated; all other submissions will be disregarded without review.
