Boiler Plant Replacement at Kensington Army Reserve Centre

This is an invitation-only procurement below the threshold for urgent boiler replacement works at the Army Reserve Centre in Kensington, London. The existing installation from the early 2000s consists of 2 Ideal Commercial Concord CXA 70 gas-fired boilers, 2 gas-fired hot water storage heaters, pumps, expansion vessels, and controls located in the basement plantroom. The project requires supply and installation of new communal boilers and replacement pumps in the existing basement plantroom, with the boiler flue discharging through the existing roof-level chimney.
