Mechanical and Electrical Design Consultant for Force Headquarters Project

We are seeking a Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Design Consultant to support the Force Headquarters project during RIBA Stages 5 and 6 (Technical Design and Production Information). In this role, you will review and assess all M&E documentation, designs, and specifications produced by the Contractor team to ensure compliance with the Force's original brief and our established technical requirements. Your expertise will be critical in validating that proposed mechanical and electrical systems meet performance standards, building regulations, and project specifications before proceeding to construction. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced M&E consultant with expertise in commercial or institutional building design.
