The schools include two high schools and six primary schools serving approximately 3,664 pupils aged 2-18, all located within a 10-mile radius of Kidderminster. This is a three-year fixed-price contract with an annual value of approximately £560,000, commencing 1 November 2026 and concluding 31 October 2029, with an optional three-year extension by mutual agreement. The contract operates on a guaranteed performance basis with a fixed annual subsidy.
