    Brief

    Dublin Port Company is seeking a software vendor to provide a secure, cloud-based platform that integrates project and portfolio management capabilities with a Common Data Environment. The platform must support governance approvals, dashboards, task management, drawing and document storage, NEC4 RIAI contract administration, cost control, and reporting. It must integrate with existing systems including Microsoft 365, Primavera, Integra, and PEMAC Asset Management. The successful vendor will migrate existing SharePoint data from two Microsoft tenancies, implement strong GDPR-compliant cybersecurity and disaster recovery controls, and provide implementation services, staff training, and ongoing technical support. The initial contract term is three years with options to extend for successive two-year periods up to a maximum of 15 years. Qualification for this competition is conducted through the Achilles Supply-Line platform. Vendors must register with specific supply chain codes (1.23.0.0, 1.23.7.0, 1.23.8.0, 1.23.9.0, 1.23.9.3, 1.23.9.4) and complete their questionnaire by Friday, 21 August 2026 to be considered.
