Aster is seeking to maintain continuity of materials supply by retaining existing incumbent suppliers under compliant, time-limited call-off arrangements beginning April 2026. This transitional period will ensure operational stability while a new materials procurement strategy is developed and implemented. Suppliers should be prepared to provide existing material supplies under defined terms and conditions during this interim phase. The arrangement is designed to bridge the gap between the current supply model and the next-generation materials procurement approach, providing both parties with a structured transition period.
