Heritage Impact Assessment for Derby City Council Local Plan Site Allocations

Derby City Council is recruiting a qualified consultant to conduct a Heritage Impact Assessment (HIA) for selected site allocations in their emerging Local Plan. This is a short-term contract running from 17th June 2026 to 26th August 2026. The assessment must be proportionate and evaluate the heritage implications of the proposed allocations. This procurement follows the Procurement Act 2023 and Procurement Regulations 2024. To participate, you must express interest and obtain documentation through the e-tendering system (www.eastmidstenders.org) by 11:00 on Friday 12th June 2026.
