Brief

Aster is seeking to maintain continuity of materials supply by retaining existing incumbent suppliers under compliant, time-limited call-off arrangements starting April 2026. This ensures operational stability while a new long-term materials strategy is being developed. The procurement will be conducted via the Procurement for Housing (PfH) Material Goods and Associated Services Framework, which is PCR 2015 compliant and provides a regulated route to market for framework agreements established prior to the Procurement Act 2023. Eligible suppliers currently providing materials should prepare for transition to these call-off arrangements to maintain their supply relationship with Aster.
