    Brief

    Oxford Policy Management Limited (OPML), with support from the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) and Kementerian PPN/BAPPENAS, is seeking a qualified supplier to serve as the local Accelerator Delivery Partner for the Innovation and Technology Fund (ITF) under the Low Carbon Development Initiative (LCDI) Phase 2. The selected partner will provide a locally-based Acceleration Manager and technical assistance to support eight ITF grantees (Batch 1 and Batch 2) through March 2027. Key responsibilities include: delivering a shared in-country bootcamp, conducting individual needs assessments and site visits, and providing tailored one-to-one accelerator support to strengthen the commercial, operational, and institutional readiness of grantees. The successful tenderer must demonstrate capacity to deliver high-quality, fair, and consistent technical assistance across a diverse cohort. Proposals must be submitted by 22 July at 23:00 Indonesia Western Time to a5043procurement@opml.co.uk. Financial proposals should be sent in a separate password-protected Excel file. Questions and requests for clarification must be submitted within the timescales outlined in Section 14.
