Brief
This project aims to develop a solar-powered water pumping system to enhance rice irrigation in two rural villages in Samosir Regency, North Sumatra. The initiative seeks to boost agricultural productivity while supporting low-carbon development goals. The work includes:
1. Designing, supplying, and installing a solar-powered water pump system with a capacity of 63-98 kWp per village.
2. Procuring and installing solar-compatible water pumps tailored to specific irrigation needs.
3. Constructing essential water infrastructure, such as HDPE piping networks, water reservoirs, and intake structures as required.
4. Delivering and installing all necessary electrical and civil components, including mounting structures and cabling.
5. Commissioning, testing, and handing over a fully operational system.
6. Providing training and documentation for local operation and maintenance teams.
The contract is divided into two lots:
- Lot 1: Pakpahan Village
- Lot 2: Sibonor Ompu Ratus Village
Bidders can apply for one or both lots, with each lot forming a separate contract. A general understanding of the project scope is needed for eligibility assessment.

Late submissions will not be considered. All costs related to the expression of interest and tender process are the responsibility of the supplier. OPML is not liable for any claims related to procurement costs, regardless of the tender outcome.
