    Brief

Tyndall National Institute at University College Cork seeks to procure specialized laboratory equipment for the CHIPS-JU NanoIC pilot line. The equipment will support research into novel materials for embedded DRAM and 3D integrated circuits, including Transition Metal Dichalcogenides (TMDs), oxide semiconductors, compound semiconductors, and wide bandgap materials. Lot 1 comprises a 300mm Electro-Magneto-Optical Probe Station capable of measuring electrical properties across variable temperature conditions. Lot 2 includes a Device Parameter Analyzer compatible with the probe station. Together, these instruments will enable comprehensive electrical characterization including DC and pulsed current-voltage measurements at multiple temperatures and under magnetic field or illumination conditions. The supplier must provide supply, delivery, and full installation services. This equipment is essential for rapid materials screening and performance evaluation to support next-generation integrated circuit development.
