    Brief

Tyndall National Institute at University College Cork (UCC) in Ireland is seeking suppliers to provide a complete electroplating and wet processing system, including supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, calibration, and validation. The system will support the development of advanced photonic packaging solutions and interconnect technologies, including interposers, 3D interconnects, and redistribution lines. Required capabilities include: void-free plating and filling of through-glass vias (TGV) and through-silicon vias (TSV) on wafers up to 300mm in diameter; support for both gold and copper-based plating chemistries; and production of highly repeatable and flat electroplated structures on III-V semiconductor materials. Qualified suppliers with innovative, cutting-edge solutions meeting these technical specifications are invited to submit proposals. This procurement includes full service delivery from equipment supply through final validation and calibration.
