Austhorp Grove Play Area Redevelopment Project

Austhorp Grove Play Area in Cottesmore requires redevelopment to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children of all ages and abilities. The project will address key priorities identified in the 2025 Cottesmore Play Areas Community Survey. Interested companies should submit two design proposals by 31 July 2026: one for a larger budget (up to £300,000) and one for a smaller budget (up to £150,000).
