Creative and Design Agency for Annual Report Production

The Crown Estate is seeking a creative and design agency to design, produce, and deliver its Annual Report and Accounts along with supplementary reporting documents. The successful agency will work with internal teams to create a clear, credible, and well-structured Annual Report and Accounts that meets all statutory requirements and best practice standards. The scope includes the Primary Annual Report and Accounts, plus three supplementary documents: the Wales Review, Northern Ireland Review, and Sustainability Data Supplement. This is a 3-year initial contract with an option to extend for up to 2 additional years (1+1 extension periods). The agency must demonstrate expertise in corporate reporting, design excellence, and the ability to manage complex, multi-document publishing projects while meeting regulatory compliance requirements.
