    Brief

This procurement opportunity seeks to establish two multi-party framework agreements for delivering vocational training services in Ireland. Category 1 focuses on Advanced Technical and Digital Engineering, while Category 2 covers Infrastructure, Renewables and Sustainability. Each category includes 4 sub-categories, with each sub-category awarded as a separate lot. The frameworks will support technical upskilling and professional development of adult workers through certified pathways (QQI and NFQ qualifications at all levels) and uncertified training such as workshops, modular programs, and work-based learning. Training will be delivered nationwide in person or online across sectors including: agricultural and marine, automotive, aerospace and defence, engineering and building services, energy and environment, industrial automation, materials handling, metal fabrication and processing, packaging, paper and print, and precision engineering. The training aims to build a highly skilled workforce capable of managing green and digital transitions. Note: There is no guaranteed contract volume, but the contracting authority will consult framework members when training needs arise.
