    Brief

This procurement seeks suppliers to establish two multi-party framework agreements for delivering workforce training services across Ireland. The frameworks will support technical up-skilling and professional development for adult learners in industry through both certified pathways (QQI and NFQ qualifications at all levels) and uncertified bespoke training including workshops, blended/modular programmes, and work-based learning. Training delivery will occur nationwide in person or online across diverse sectors including agriculture, marine, automotive, aerospace, defence, engineering, building services, energy, environment, industrial automation, materials handling, metal fabrication, packaging, paper, print, and precision engineering. Category 3 focuses on Operational Excellence and Leadership development, while Category 4 addresses Regulation, Standards and Risk Management. The frameworks aim to build a highly skilled workforce capable of supporting green and digital transitions. Suppliers should note that while this establishes the framework agreements, no additional contracts are guaranteed; however, future contract opportunities will be offered to framework members according to established rules of operation.
