Reactive Roofing and Scaffolding Services - Contractor Appointments

Curo is seeking to appoint four contractors across three service lots to deliver reactive maintenance and repairs: Lot 1: One contractor required to provide reactive block roofing services for leaseholder residential buildings. Lot 2: Two contractors required to provide reactive roofing services for non-leaseholder residential buildings. Lot 3: One contractor required to provide reactive scaffolding services to support roofing and maintenance work. This is a multi-lot procurement opportunity for contractors with expertise in residential roofing repairs and scaffolding provision. Successful contractors will be appointed to frameworks to deliver work on a reactive basis as required.
