Brief

Curo, a major landlord operating across the South West of England, is seeking suppliers for a cyclical decoration and maintenance repairs programme. Curo owns and manages over 14,000 affordable and market-rented homes across Bath and North-East Somerset, Bristol, North Somerset, South Gloucestershire, Somerset, and Wiltshire. The work will cover houses, flats, bungalows, and communal areas, including traditional and Georgian properties. This is a potential 5+5 year agreement with an annual contract value that will vary based on requirements. Curo is conducting Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) to develop its delivery approach and invites interested suppliers to a 'meet the buyer' event at Curo's head office on Monday 10th August 2026 at 12:00 noon. Leasehold consultation will be required before finalisation.
