    Brief

Wokingham Borough Council is seeking supplier feedback on the delivery of Housing First in-reach support and rough sleeper outreach services. The Council currently commissions a block-funded service expiring in September 2026 and is reviewing its future service model, contract structure, and delivery approach. This Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) exercise will inform a potential future procurement. The services support individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, including those with complex needs, with objectives to reduce rough sleeping, achieve sustained accommodation outcomes, and improve health, wellbeing, and independence. The Council is considering a contract of approximately 2.5 years duration with an indicative total value of £686,000 (subject to change). Suppliers interested in this opportunity should complete and submit the Market Engagement Questionnaire via ProContract by 5pm on Monday 19 June 2026. All correspondence will be managed through the Council's e-procurement solution, ProContract.
