Expressions of Interest: Ground Floor Conversion Project at East Surrey College

Orbital South Colleges is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced contractors for a Ground Floor Conversion and Remodelling Project at East Surrey College, Gatton Point North Campus, Redhill. The project involves converting and remodelling existing ground floor space to create a new Client Services area, classrooms, hot-desking facilities, and flexible working areas with associated circulation routes. Anticipated works include internal conversion and remodelling, partitioning, finishes, electrical installations, data infrastructure, access control systems, mechanical ventilation including MVHR, service alterations, and refurbishment. This is Stage 1 of a two-stage procurement process. Contractors will be evaluated based on relevant experience, capability, resources, programme capacity, insurance compliance, and references. No pricing submissions are required at this EOI stage. Following evaluation, a shortlist of contractors will be invited to proceed to the formal Invitation to Tender (ITT) stage.
