Multi-Supplier Staffing Framework 2026/27

Orbital South Colleges is establishing a multi-supplier Agency Staffing Framework to provide temporary, fixed-term, emergency, interim, and project staffing services across multiple departments and functions. The framework will serve East Surrey College, John Ruskin College, and Reigate School of Art. Staffing agencies must be qualified, education-sector compliant, and capable of fulfilling specialist, hard-to-fill, emergency, and short-term staffing needs in the following areas: curriculum delivery, SEND and learner support, professional services, estates and facilities, IT and digital services, and specialist consultancy. Selected suppliers will gain preferred vendor status and access to a steady stream of staffing requests from three institutions across the Orbital South Colleges group.
