West Midlands Pavilion Design and Fit Out for MIPIM and UKREiiF 2027

West Midlands Growth Company (WMGC) is seeking a supplier to design and fit out dedicated pavilions for the West Midlands at two major real estate investment conferences in 2027: MIPIM (held in Cannes) and UKREiiF (UK-based). Both events are critical platforms for promoting the region to investors, developers, and decision-makers. The supplier will receive two empty shell pavilions and be responsible for complete design, build, and fit out to create functional, professional spaces that support business development, stakeholder engagement, and regional promotion activities. The pavilions will host meetings, networking events, and showcase opportunities to international and domestic investors. This is a single contract covering both pavilion projects, with delivery required before each event.
