Lead generation activity should align with WMGC's inward investment programme, support priority campaigns, and assist with key events such as Birmingham Tech Week, Smart City Expo World Congress, and Mobile World Congress. The supplier will work collaboratively with WMGC, providing regular reporting on activity, pipeline performance and outcomes, while remaining flexible and responsive to changing market priorities.
