Stonewater Limited is seeking one or more insurance providers to deliver comprehensive insurance and related services covering property, legal liability, and other general (non-life) risks. Coverage areas may include: property damage and business interruption, employers liability, public liability, products and property owners liability, business combined/office insurance, money insurance, all risks, computer insurance, contract works, group personal accident, and employment practices liability. The final scope of coverage will be determined solely by Stonewater Limited. Key Supplier Requirements: - Financial stability with insurers rated minimum 'A-' by Standard & Poor's, 'A-' by AM Best, or equivalent from a reputable independent credit rating agency (approved by bidder's market security committee). Ratings below A- may be considered at the contracting authority's discretion with prior disclosure and acceptance. - Ability to provide multiple suitable insurers and flexible cover options - Skilled and competent teams in client relationship management, insurance claims management, insurance broking/underwriting, and insurable risk management - Commitment to delivering high-quality service including third-party contractors and proposed insurers Suppliers should demonstrate financial capability, service excellence, and professional expertise in managing complex insurance portfolios.
