Construction of 29 New Homes at Stopham Road, Pulborough

Stonewater seeks a contractor to build a residential development comprising 29 new dwellings on land north of Stopham Road in Pulborough. The project includes 22 houses, 1 wheelchair-accessible bungalow (M4(3) standard), and 6 flats with a total floor area of 2,560 m². Units range from 1 to 4 bedrooms in a mixed-tenure scheme with affordable rent and social rent properties. Affordable rent units are located on plots 4-9 and 21-28. Works include hard and soft landscaping throughout the site and construction of an adoptable-standard estate spine road connecting Stopham Road to the Network Rail site to the northeast. Highway improvement works to Stopham Road will be carried out under Section 278 arrangements. All work will be governed by a JCT contract with the successful contractor.
