    Brief

Dublin Port Company (DPC), Ireland's premier port operator, is seeking qualified service providers for a competitive multi-lot framework agreement to deliver integrated facilities management, maintenance, and cleaning services across its entire port estate. The three-year initial contract (with four optional one-year extensions, maximum seven years) comprises three separate lots that may be bid individually or in combination: Lot 1 – Comprehensive Cleaning Services (€950k/annum) covering routine and specialized cleaning across all terminals, offices, public areas and grounds; Lot 2 – HVAC and M&E Maintenance (€460k/annum) providing planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, emergency callouts and compliance inspections for mechanical, electrical and building systems; and Lot 3 – General Building Maintenance (€200k/annum) addressing building fabric repairs, drainage, plumbing and external infrastructure. Successful contractors must employ trained, qualified personnel; comply with Irish, European and DPC safety, security and environmental standards; utilize DPC's PEMAC asset management system for reporting; and maintain service delivery with minimal disruption to active port operations. All interested suppliers must register on the Achilles Supply-Line platform with valid membership and appropriate classification codes (2.45.19 for all lots; 3.99.29 for Lot 1; 3.78.1 for Lot 2; 3.70.15 for Lot 3) by 31 July 2026 to be considered as potential bidders.
