Window and General Cleaning Services Tender

Guildford Borough Council is seeking qualified service providers to deliver window and general cleaning services across the borough. This tender is structured into three flexible lots, allowing bidders to apply for one or more services based on their capabilities: Lot 1: Window Cleaning – Specialized cleaning of office buildings, tenanted properties, listed buildings, and high-rise structures. Lot 2: General Cleaning – Comprehensive cleaning services for sports pavilions, office spaces, and specialist facilities including Guildford Crematorium. Lot 3: Combined Window and General Cleaning – Full delivery of all services under Lots 1 and 2 combined. Tenderers may bid for any combination of lots (Lot 1 only, Lot 2 only, or Lot 3 only). Submission of a Lot 3 bid is optional and not required to bid for Lots 1 and/or 2. The Council reserves the right to award none, some, or all lots based on tender evaluation.
