Heritage Centre Building Works

The Droitwich Spa Town Council is seeking bids for a project to refurbish and improve the Heritage Centre at St Richards House. Funding has been secured from the District Council, and the project includes minor internal alterations and the installation of aluminum and glazing panels in the existing front porch to create additional internal space. The work will require collaboration with the Council, Architect, and Design Teams, particularly regarding fire and alarm systems and lighting integration. The building work is expected to take approximately 6 weeks, tentatively scheduled from July to September 2025, with a project completion date anticipated for early 2026. Bids must be submitted in writing to the Town Clerk's Office by April 25, 2025. The evaluation of bids will follow public sector criteria, and the recommended bid will be ratified by the Full Council.
