Municipal Planting Services Contract

Droitwich Spa Town Council is seeking suppliers to provide and maintain seasonal planting arrangements in public areas. This includes ornamental displays for winter, spring, and summer, with approximately 150 hanging baskets. Key locations for planting include St Richard House gardens, Ledwych Island, Primsland Way, and various fixed planters throughout the town. The contract covers sourcing, supply, planting, installation, and ongoing care, including maintenance tasks like deadheading, clearance, and regular watering. Some lawn mowing and general maintenance are also required for specific gardens. Suppliers will collaborate with the Town Council to determine the types of flowers and plants used, with past themes including red, white, and blue displays for the Platinum Jubilee.
