    Brief

The UK Government's Partnering for Accelerated Climate Transitions (UK PACT) programme is seeking qualified suppliers or consortia to provide technical assistance in Malaysia. This initiative supports the Malaysian Government in promoting green finance, achieving net-zero goals, and funding climate mitigation and nature-positive projects. The project aims to deliver specialized, short-term technical expertise to enhance the investment readiness and financial structuring of three energy-related projects under the Climate Finance Innovation Lab (CFIL) initiative. The selected supplier will offer expert advisory services to improve the bankability, feasibility, and capital mobilization for the following climate and energy project proposals: 1. Graphene Battery & EV Technology: This includes technology validation, certification pathways, and financial structuring. 2. Electric Two-Wheeler Ride-to-Own Fleet Scheme: This involves risk assessment, financing options, and a scale-up model for delivery riders and gig workers. 3. Hybrid Waste-to-Energy: A high-level technical review of the hybrid anaerobic digestion/incineration proposal, along with recommendations for financing a feasibility study. Interested suppliers should review the documentation provided in this notice and submit their applications to expertdeployments@ukpact.co.uk.
