Aster Group Enham Hub Workspace Refurbishment and Consolidation

Aster Group, a major housing association with £2.4 billion in assets and 37,000 homes across southern England and London, is consolidating its Andover workspaces as part of its approved 2023 Group Workspace Strategy. The organization currently operates two owned facilities in Andover: Testway House (15,000 sq ft, three-storey purpose-built office) and Enham Resource Centre (14,768 sq ft, single-storey facility built in 1990). Aster seeks to create a single unified Hampshire Hub to replace these underutilised spaces, enabling colleagues across the Group—including Aster Group, Central and Cecil Housing Trust, East Boro Housing Trust, and Enham Trust—to connect and collaborate in an agile, leased model environment. This cultural hub will serve as a focal point for Group activities, employee engagement, senior leadership visibility, and organizational events. The refurbishment initiative aligns with Aster's broader Commercial Estate Strategy to revitalize underutilised buildings, attract goods and services back into Enham Alamein village, and enhance experiences for customers, beneficiaries, and staff. The project also supports expansion of apprenticeship programs, a new volunteers hub, and enhanced supported employment opportunities. Aster is actively seeking suppliers and partners to support this transformation and workplace modernization initiative.
