Print Services Framework for Greater Manchester Transport

Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) is establishing a multi-supplier framework to provide comprehensive print services supporting the Bee Network integrated transport system. TfGM requires print production across three key areas: small and large format printing for low-volume ad hoc work through high-volume production runs; exhibition print and installations ranging from portable assets to large-scale displays; and bus timetables plus passenger information materials requiring accuracy and consistency. The TfGM Design Studio will work with appointed suppliers to ensure outputs meet brand standards and specifications, though design services are not included in this procurement. Successful suppliers must demonstrate high-quality production capabilities across diverse formats and materials, flexibility with varying volumes and tight turnaround times, competitive pricing, sustainable practices, and digital ordering solutions. This framework will support both routine operational needs and major network development programmes.
