Managed Training Services Provider

This opportunity is for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) to deliver comprehensive training services on behalf of customers. As the MSP, you will be responsible for managing a complete supply chain of training suppliers, eliminating the need for customers to manage multiple individual providers. You will develop and present costed options to customers in response to training requests, with flexibility to deliver services through your own training capabilities or by conducting mini-competitions among Framework Suppliers. This role requires end-to-end management of training programs, vendor coordination, and customer relationship management. The position is awarded through ESPO Framework 383.25 via Direct Award.
