    Brief

Dublin City Council is establishing a single-party framework agreement for small-scale road maintenance and refurbishment works across two separate lots. The framework uses the PW-CF11 Public Works Term Maintenance and Refurbishment Works Contract (Standard Agreement). Each lot will be awarded to one contractor with a maximum cumulative value of €4,000,000 (ex. VAT) per lot over four years (€8,000,000 total for both lots). Contractors may apply for one or both lots. Lot 1 tenders will be evaluated first, with the highest-ranked tenderer awarded that lot; Lot 2 tenders will then be evaluated separately. Contractors not specifying their preferred lots will default to Lot 1 evaluation only. The successful contractor for each lot will also serve as Project Supervisor for the Construction Stage (PSCS) under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013. Please note: Dublin City Council makes no guarantee to issue any task orders or minimum volumes under this framework, which is subject to funding availability. Complete tender documents are available on www.etenders.gov.ie (Resource ID 7447984).
