Cleator Moor Connected Town - Detailed Design Consultancy

Cumberland Council is seeking a multidisciplinary consultancy team to develop detailed design for the Cleator Moor Connected Town project. This programme aims to deliver transport and public realm improvements that will create a high-quality integrated transport network, enhancing accessibility and attractiveness across the town. Building on previously completed preliminary design work, the consultancy will be responsible for advancing the project to detailed design stage, including producing accurate cost estimates, technical documentation, and construction drawings. The work will support the delivery of safety and accessibility improvements throughout Cleator Moor. Key responsibilities include: detailed design development, cost estimation, production of technical drawings and specifications, and preparation of documentation required to support scheme construction and delivery.
