PDSA is considering a flexible contracting approach, which may include a single contract for all products or separate contracts for different categories: - Lot 1: Pharmaceutical Wholesaler Services - Lot 2: Consumables Wholesaler Services Suppliers can express interest in one or both Lots or propose an integrated solution, providing justification for their choice. PDSA will evaluate all submissions and may award contracts based on operational, clinical, regulatory, and financial needs. This opportunity is open to organizations with proven experience in supplying veterinary products in regulated UK environments. Interested suppliers must demonstrate: - Appropriate regulatory authorizations, including a valid Veterinary Medicines Directorate (VMD) Wholesale Dealer Authorisation (WDA) if applicable. - Experience in regulated supply chains with established quality assurance and compliance measures. - Capacity for reliable, timely delivery across multiple sites, including those with complex logistics. - Transparent and sustainable pricing models suitable for a national charity. - Commitment to ethical and compliant trading practices aligned with PDSA's values.
