Veterinary Pharmaceuticals and Associated Products Supply Contract

The People's Dispensary for Sick Animals (PDSA), a national UK charity, is seeking to establish new contractual arrangements with qualified suppliers for veterinary pharmaceutical products and related items. This Expression of Interest (EOI) invites suppliers to register interest in supporting PDSA's network of Pet Hospitals and operational sites across the United Kingdom. PDSA requires suppliers with demonstrable capability in the manufacture, supply, distribution, or authorised marketing of veterinary pharmaceuticals within regulated UK environments. Suppliers can express interest in individual product categories or broader portfolio arrangements. To be considered, suppliers must evidence: • Appropriate regulatory authorisations (such as Veterinary Medicines Directorate licences, marketing authorisations, manufacturing authorisations, or wholesale dealer authorisations) • Experience operating within regulated and audited pharmaceutical supply chains with established governance, quality assurance, and compliance systems • Ability to ensure continuous supply, manage shortages, and support robust forecasting and supply planning • Transparent and sustainable commercial models aligned with PDSA's status as a national charity • Commitment to ethical, responsible, and compliant trading practices • Capability to support collaborative relationships, including product stewardship and supply continuity planning A full Invitation to Tender (ITT) with detailed requirements, product specifications, evaluation criteria, and timescales will be issued to shortlisted organisations.
