Testing, Maintenance and Monitoring Services for Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms and Access Control Systems

Trowbridge Town Council is seeking qualified contractors to provide comprehensive testing, inspection, planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and monitoring services across seven Council sites. Services required include: fire alarm systems, intruder alarm systems, monitoring of fire and intruder alarms, controlled access systems (fob/code entry), emergency lighting systems, portable fire extinguishers, and annual fire risk assessments. The initial contract period is 3 years with an optional 2-year extension. The Council prioritizes safeguarding the health, safety and welfare of residents, staff and visitors. All services must comply with BS 9999 (Fire safety in the design, management and use of buildings), Approved Document B (Fire safety Building Regulations), The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, and BS 5266-1 (Emergency lighting). Contractors must be competent, qualified and capable of delivering integrated security and safety systems management.
